Pavement Design
Be it for a sidewalk or a highway, understanding the impact of subgrade conditions on long-term pavement performance is critical in developing pavement design solutions. We perform traditional pavement thickness determinations based on traffic loading, subgrade, and regional conditions. With that data, we then design solutions that protect the pavement, as well as the subgrade from moisture fluctuations after construction, which improves pavement performance and reduces maintenance costs.
AAIA Texas Construction Firm’s knowledge of subsurface conditions, pavement design, and materials testing allows us to develop unique solutions for both flexible and rigid pavement systems, as well as newer permeable pavement systems. Our highly qualified staff is familiar with multiple design methodologies.
