AAIA Texas Construction, L.L.C. was founded on June 2018, as a firm focused on providing consulting services for the design and construction of U.S. Capital Investments in Mexico.  The firm advises both U.S. and Mexico Clients on the quality expectations of design and construction projects in the U.S., and how to implement them in Mexico following locally available construction materials, practices, and procedures. The firm also helps facilitate the provision of professional outside consultants to advise Clients in the different aspects of cross-border project implementation, including real estate advice, environmental, geophysical, geotechnical, engineering, architectural, surveying, legal advice, risk management, and project/program management.

Since its inception, the AAIA Texas Construction, L.L.C. has supported the Client’s investment projects with consulting services that have included feasibility evaluations, including preliminary geotechnical and geophysical studies, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Services; schematic design assistance, including recommendations for the design and construction of foundations and pavements; and construction inspection and testing, including quality control/quality assurance, and materials recycling. The firm has also assisted Clients in due diligence studies, forensic investigations, and pavement assessment and maintenance.
